Lakeba has a background in human resources, international nurse recruitment, immigration processing, staff development, supervisory management, and mentoring. She mentored at risk teens at Foundation Academy for over 5 years creating relationships with the community, parents and students. She also attended Thomas Edison College in Trenton, New Jersey majoring in Human Resource Management.
Lakeba is an established entrepreneur and previous owner of GCIL Technologies with headquarters located in New Jersey and Accra Ghana. Her extensive background led her to assist others with life skills, career goals, and a successful transition to a limitless future that awaits them.
Lakeba is fueled by her passion to encourage clients to reach their fullest potential.
